Following changes to import tariffs for certain goods imported from Australia into the USA, your payment to STARFORGE HOBBIES covers the combined shipping and tariff costs.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and order details.
Shipment & Fulfilment Processing Time:
Orders are processed and shipped on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
Some of the products we offer for sale are marked as "Made To Order", this means that we begin producing products marked as such after we have processed and received payment from you.
Factors that influence fulfilment time include but are not limited to, product type and quantity ordered. For more information on how long it may take for us to ship your order, refer to the product description or contact us directly.
Otherwise, if a product is not marked as "Made To Order", orders will be fulfilled and shipped within 1-3 business days.
Exceptions may include if it's marked as a pre-order or we notify you otherwise.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
In times of high order volume, there may be some delays in shipping. Please allow extra time for your order to arrive. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you directly.
