Refund and Return Policy
Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns or exchanges after this period.
How to Initiate a Return
If you wish to return an item, please contact us first for an approval and a return code. This code is necessary to process your return.
Return Conditions
- To qualify for a return:
- The item must be in its original, unused condition.
- There must be no damage or missing parts that are not due to a manufacturing issue.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refund Process
- Once your return is approved and received, we will inspect the item. We will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and the refund.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@starforgehobbies.com.au.
Important Notes
- If your payment details have changed, please inform us via email or our contact form before the refund is processed to ensure you can access the funds.
- We cannot refund items that are used, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons other than our error, or items returned after the 30-day period.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund:
1. Check your bank account.
2. Contact your credit card company; it may take time for the refund to post.
3. Contact your bank; processing times can vary.

Non-Refundable Items
Sale items in some cases may not be eligible for a refund.
Exchanges
We only replace or exchange items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange a defective or damaged item for the same product, please contact us via our contact form.
Return Shipping
- You may be responsible for the cost of return shipping, which is non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted.
- Depending on your location, the time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- For items over $50, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
